  • All communication you have with your adopter, must take place in the chat which is monitored by the admin (or moderator). If a member is found to be communicating with their adopter outside of the chat created by the admin, it is grounds for automatic removal from the group and the adoptee will not be eligible for help at any time and all gifts shall be returned as deemed by the admin.

  • You will make arrangements to get the gifts once the adopter and/or admin (or moderator) reach out letting you know they are ready. You have 48 hours to pick up your gifts from the designated spot as agreed to by all. If your adopter is anonymous, you will be hearing from an admin to advise where to get the gifts. If you are unable to pick up your gifts at the specified time, you must notify them at least 1 hour before the scheduled time. If you do not communicate and miss a pickup time, you will be forfeiting your gifts and will be removed from the group. If you communicate at least 1 hour before the scheduled time that you need to reschedule, only 1 reschedule is allowed. If you miss that meeting, your gifts will be forfeited and you will not be able to receive any help in the future.

  • Once your kids open their gifts and you have agreed to post pictures, they need to be posted to the HSF Facebook page by 12/29/2023. You need to post clear pics of the kids holding their gifts either as they open or after. We need to see a few pictures per child with their gifts or you will not receive any future help.

  • Blocking any admins or moderators at any time, is grounds for removal from the group and you will not receive any help.

  • Your children are NOT allowed to ask for big ticket items. All items must be under $50. If you are found to be asking for any items over $50, you will not be able to receive help.

  • Adoptees may not solicit adopters at any time, for any reason. Anyone found doing this, will be removed immediately and no future help will be allowed.

  • Adoptees may not ask to join the HSF adopter chat facebook page at anytime. If you ask to join or are in the group, you will be removed immediately and no future help will be allowed.
